Individual therapy is a way to help you make sense of your experience, and gain emotional support to push through difficult times. Beginning therapy is an opportunity to start offering yourself more compassion and grace.
My therapeutic practice uses a psychoanalytic lens with a solution-focused approach to guide you to the other side of your personal challenges through accessing a deeper self knowledge while gaining concrete skills to foster self-improvement. Therapeutic work can move you into a greater vision of your own capabilities that currently may seem hidden or lost.
