Life can often feel like an uphill battle. It may seem like we are alone in our journey. We are all waging a personal invisible fight that we share with few people.  Individual therapy is a way to help you make sense of your experience, and gain emotional support to push through difficult times. Beginning therapy is an opportunity to start offering yourself more compassion and grace.  

 

My therapeutic practice uses a psychoanalytic lens with a solution-focused approach that focuses on concrete skills and actions. It's not enough to gain insight into your personal challenges, our work together will use that self-knowledge to make important shifts and create new dynamics in your day to day life.  You will begin to see a greater vision of your own capabilities that currently may seem hidden or lost.
